Brazil vs Argentina
Copa America 2019 semi-final
Venue: Estádio Governador Magalhães Pinto
Kick-off: 1.30am (BST), Wednesday 3 July
Two of football’s greatest rivals in Brazil and Argentina meet in the Copa America semi-final tonight.
La Albiceleste have reached this competition’s final in its last two editions, suffering penalty shoot-out heartbreak against Chile on both occasions to leave Lionel Messi still searching for a major international honour.
Argentina have again struggled to hit top gear this time around – with Brazil looking to deliver a fifth Copa success on home soil.
The winners will meet defending champions Chile or Peru.

Brazil vs Argentina team news
Everton striker Richarlison missed the quarter-final meeting with Paraguay after contracting mumps but has been given the green light to return to action this week.
Argentina have no fresh injury concerns but Tottenham target Giovani lo Celso will be hoping to force his way into the team after coming off the bench to score against Venezuela.
Brazil vs Argentina start time
The semi-final clash takes place in the early hours of Wednesday morning with kick-off scheduled for 1:30am BST.
Premier Sports’ broadcast begins five minutes earlier at 1:25pm.
