Brazil's Guedes calls for OECD help with emissions trading

Brazil needs the help of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) to implement a carbon emissions trading framework, the nation's economy minister, Paulo Guedes, said during an event on Wednesday.

He added the nation remains committed to the Paris Climate Agreement.
