A shameless Celtic fan who jumped into the team's dugout to snap a selfie with manager Neil Lennon during a game has dodged jail.
Connor Dempsey, from Govan, scrambled over barriers and attempted to run over to the Hoops coach on October 3, 2019.
The intoxicated 24-year-old was swiftly stopped by police and placed under arrest.
He appeared at Glasgow Sheriff court where he pleaded guilty to conducting himself in a disorderly manner and committing a breach of the peace during Celtic's match against Romanian team CFR Cluj in the UEFA Europa League tie.
Chris McKnight, prosecuting, stated in an earlier hearing: “He made his way down the concourse steps.
“He entered into the Celtic dugout area and was alongside players and management.
“He attempted to obtain a photograph with Celtic manager Neil Lennon.

“Police approached him while he was heavily under the influence and he was taken into custody.”
Lawyer Gerry Devanney told the court Dempsey had recently suffered a brain injury which, along with his young daughter, has given him a new outlook on life.
Sheriff Allan Findlay ordered Dempsey to six months of good behaviour.
Celtic went on to win the tie 2-0 with goals from Odsonne Edouard and Mohamed Elyounoussi for The Bhoys.
