Bray band Wyvern Lingo have announced their much-anticipated return with a brand new single "Don't Say It" to mark their first release in two years.
The hitmakers from Co Wicklow were last seen with their self-titled debut album, which was nominated for a 2018 Choice Music Prize.
The group have toured Ireland, the UK and Europe extensively in support of their first album.
They started writing on a new album in spring 2019, and began production at JRS recording studios in Berlin over the autumn.
However shortly after relocating to the German city, the band were forced back to Ireland as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
But that didn't stop work on the new album, and the first track has now finally been released.
The band said: “This is the first release from our forthcoming album, which deals with a lot of personal change and growth.
"It’s been grounding for the three of us as friends to be going through that together, and we’re really excited to be finally sharing new tunes about this time in our lives.”
