Arguments appear to start up between customers at the Scottish bar and nearby English fans shouting "it's coming home" while celebrating their team making the first final in 55 years.
The footage shows people being pushed before punches are thrown and with multiple people lob chairs across the street.
One onlooker with a Scottish accent appears to shout: “Yes, into these English b******” while others can be seen standing by in shock.
