Bravo is home to some of the best reality shows of all time, many of which continue their drama off camera. While Scandoval broke the internet a few years ago, we've got another huge story coming out of Summer House (which is streaming with a Peacock subscription). Fans are freaking out online, and now even Survivor legend Boston Rob has joined in the discourse. Let's break it all down.
Rob Mariano has starred in some of the best Survivor seasons, but he also recently competed on The Traitors Season 3. That's where he met Summer House's Ciara Miller, who is at the center of the show's current scandal. After her friend Amanda Batula and ex West Wilson confirmed they were dating, plenty of folks took to social media in support of Ciara. And that includes Boston Rob, who posted the following on his Instagram story:
Well, he certainly made it clear where he stands with the Summer House drama. Like most people, Boston Rob is #TeamCiara, whom he seems to have a close relationship with post-Traitors. It's unclear how much of a Bravo fan the Survivor icon is, but it's clear that he's got his co-star's back in the wake of this week's wild news.
For a few weeks now there have been chatter about West and Amanda dating. Some fans saw this as just rumors, especially considering Ciara's former relationship with West and close friendship with Amanda. Add in the latter's recent break-up with Kyle Cooke, and the story seemed too crazy to believe. But it ended up being legit, with the new Summer House couple announcing their relationship on social media, and breaking the internet in the process.
Rather than a love triangle, the Summer House situation seems to be more of a love... square? Fans have been following this quartet of reality TV stars for years now, and the fact that Amanda and West have started dating is definitely turning heads. And fans can't wait to see the drama come to a boiling point in the forthcoming reunion.
Boston Rob is on Ciara's side, and it's sweet to see how their friendship has continued post-Traitors. During Season 3 of the Emmy-winning competition show that unexpected duo formed a close bond, with the Survivor icon helping to coach her through that horrifying bug mission. Now it looks like he's got her back with all of the Amanda/West drama.
