Braves fan gets tackled by so many security guards after running on the field

It’s never a good idea to run on the field during a sporting event. You’re in an enclosed space. You’re going to get tackled. You’re probably going to get arrested.

Just don’t do it — even if rain delays are boring.

As the Braves groundskeepers and the umpires were discussing whether or not the field needed the tarp for a rain delay during Monday’s game at SunTrust Park (which was a weird standoff in itself), a fan looked to break the monotony by running on the field.

He really didn’t think this through at all because this fan was both wearing sandals and running in the rain. He also got absolutely crushed by a group of security guards.

This fan had to experience the force of three guards simultaneously making a tackle. And a fourth guard jumped on the pile for good measure.

Players in both dugouts had a good laugh as the fan got tackled too, but that was about all this dude got out of the experience.

The Braves went on to win the game, 12-3.
