A Paisley youngster with an incurable condition is tackling a charity challenge to raise cash for the hospital charity that cared for him.
Little Brodie Robertson is only five years old, but he has already overcome more than most people have in their lifetime.

Born 11 weeks premature, weighing a tiny 1lb 7oz, the little fighter spent the first four months of his life in hospital and endured a number of surgeries for an unknown condition that left doctors baffled.
It was not until he was three years old that his worried mum Siobhan was finally given a diagnosis for her brave little boy - Progressive Osseous Heteroplasia (POH).
There are only 60 known cases of the rare condition in the whole world. It causes bone to develop in parts of the body where it should not normally be present.
While Brodie, who is set to start Glencoats Primary this year, is a happy little boy, he still faces a number of difficulties because of his condition.
When he was given a new trike, which his proud mum says he loves to ride despite his mobility issues, the wee star decided he wanted to say a big thank you to the Glasgow Children’s Hospital
Charity.
His sponsored cycle around Ferguslie Park has already raised more than £1,000 in less than a week and Siobhan says they are now hoping to raise as much as they can.
Siobhan told the Express: “He is doing so well considering he has been through so much.
“He struggles with a lot of pain and has no mobility at all in his right arm.
“He has developed scoliosis in his spine and his wee knees get sore a lot when he is riding.
“But he got his bike just before the lockdown started and he loves it.
“He has been out on it a lot so we thought it would be nice to do a wee cycle for charity.
“We did not think we would raise as much as we have. We really thought we would get about £100, so this has just been amazing.”
Brodie will take on the two-mile cycle over two days with Siobhan and his big sister Brooke, 12.
Siobhan added: “The staff at the hospital have always been amazing with Brodie and they do so much for you.
“All the support and the equipment we have been given over the years has been fantastic and it’s not something you could pay for by yourself.
“So we thought it would be great to say thank you and raise the money so that another family could get all the support we did.”
