Alex Beresford became a viral superstar after his dramatic feud with Piers Morgan, and it looks like it may have sorted his next career move.
American journalists are heaping praise on the Good Morning Britain weatherman, who was called "brave".
The video of Alex holding Piers to account over his divisive opinions on Meghan Markle went viral last week, after Piers stormed out of the GMB studio as Alex called him "diabolical".
Piers quit Good Morning Britain just hours later and Alex has now got legions of fans.
Mary McNamara, who writes for the Los Angeles Times, fawned over Alex.

She said he "come out of nowhere" and offered a "genuinely courageous and emphatic opinion" in the uproar over Meghan and Prince Harry's interview with Oprah Winfrey.
Mary called him "remarkably brave" for bringing up Piers' ongoing grudge against Meghan for dropping contact with him when she became royal.
The journalist said: "He's the guy who came out of nowhere to say what many were thinking.
"The Good Morning Britain weather presenter who decided he could not remain silent while a woman was repeatedly getting torn down."
She added: "Even if speaking out meant facing a senior colleague's on-air wrath."
During the confrontation, Alex told Piers that it was Meghan's choice whether or not to be friends with him.
Piers had said he didn't believe what Meghan said in the interview, including her admission that she'd suffered from suicidal thoughts.
Alex said: "I understand that you don't like Meghan Markle, you made it so clear a number of times on this programme, a number of times.
"And I understand that you've got a personal relationship with Meghan Markle, or had one, and she cut you off.

"She's entitled to cut you off if she wants to. Has she said anything about you since she cut you off? I don't think she has, but yet you continue to trash her."
Piers got up and stormed off the set, saying: "Okay, I'm done with this."
He then quit GMB just hours later, and it emerged that he had refused to apologise for his comments about Meghan.
