Brand new vegan junk food menu to launch at this health restaurant in Glasgow

A city centre health restaurant is launching a brand new vegan junk food menu this weekend.

Kcal Kitchen in West Regent Street has added a raft of mouth-watering new plant-based dishes – from Big Mac-style burgers and meat-free chicken nuggets to vegan pulled pork fries.

Here's a list of what they've got: Himalayan Salt and Chilli Chik'n; Daddy Machick'n – with vegan cheese, mayo, lettuce and tomato; a Moo Less Stack 'beef' burger and Chik'n Cesar Salad with meat-free chicken strips.

On the side you can have meat-free Chik'n Nuggets, fries topped with vegan pulled pork, sriracha mayo and vegan cheese sauce and Supreme Loaded Fries: with air fried Chik'n, truffle mayo, onion and BBQ sauce.

If you're tracking your macros, they're all listed on the menu too: Check it out in full on Kcal's website.

The new options are priced between a fiver and £13 – but you'll get 50% off if you're heading there this Saturday.

Check out Kcal Kitchen's Facebook for more info.
