Brand new Mini flipped on roof after crash in Sandiacre

A brand new Mini flipped onto its roof after crashing into a number of parked cars.

The incident took place on Derby Road in Sandiacre on Sunday, March 28.

Police were called to the scene and say the driver was not there when they arrived - the car was later reported as stolen.

The vehicle was recovered and no-one was injured.

Dramatic pictures show the damage done to the Mini Cooper as a result of the crash, with police directing traffic at the scene until they were able to get it off the road.
