Brand new houseplant shop opens in Edinburgh's Haymarket and its full of botanical delights

If there's one thing we've learnt in lockdown, it's that you can never have too many houseplants.

Thankfully a brand new plant store has quietly opened its doors at Edinburgh's Haymarket and if its sister store in Glasgow is anything to go by, it's going to be incredible.

Aperçu sells 'house plants and botanical goods for everyday life' and boasts an almost jungle-like space for you browse for new leafy pals. Expect exposed brickwork, wooden display boards with beautiful hanging plants and carefully curated displays.

On their Instagram the team wrote: " Our little shop has 2 beautiful rooms, one full of pots and house plants, the other has an abundance of dried flowers & a sprinkling of botanical homewares."

This store stocks a huge range of plants including climbers and specialist species - they have an incredibly aesthetically pleasing Instagram feed which features all their latest stock.

As well as your standard plants you can buy locally made wares such as soaps, vases, prints and ceramics.

Aperçu is now open at 14 Haymarket Terrace every Monday - Sunday 10am - 6pm.
