Scotland has moved in phase three of lockdown easing.
From today a whole host of restrictions have been lifted giving us more freedom than we've had in months.
Shopping malls are the biggest ticket item on today's list, with Braehead, Silverburn, Buchanan Galleries and St Enoch Centre among those set to open this morning.
And it's more good news for under 18s, whose organised contact play and sport can resume.
Patients can now attend routine dental appointments - but only for check ups and non-aerosol procedures, eg, those involving the use of a drill.
And mums-to-be no longer need to attend anti and post-natal appointments on their own, instead they can bring a designated person. They can also appoint one more person to attend the birth and make hospital visits.
People who are part of a non-cohabiting couple, regardless of their living arrangements, no longer need to stay physically distant from each other, indoors or outdoors.
The latest round of easing comes just days after Nicola Sturgeon announced the start of phase three last Thursday, the day before face coverings became mandatory across the country.
And from Wednesday this week indoor restaurants, cafes and pubs can reopen along with all holiday accommodation.
The childcare sector, hairdressers and barbers can also restart.
Museums, galleries, cinemas and libraries can also open, with strict physical distancing and for many of these facilities advanced ticketing will be required.
Places of worship can re-open for communal prayer, congregational service and contemplation with limited attendance numbers and physical distancing.
Restrictions on attendance at services and ceremonies for funerals, weddings and civil partnerships will be eased but full-scale gatherings are still not permitted and some mitigation measures will remain.
From July 22 further personal retail services such as nail salons, beauticians and tailors can reopen with health and safety measures in place.
Universities and colleges can implement a phased return to campus learning as part of a blended model of teaching.
Motorcycle instruction and theory/hazard tests can resume. Tractor driver instruction can resume.
