Bradley Walsh 'whacked' his head in nasty fall during Breaking Dad filming

Bradley Walsh has told that he got a nasty bump on the head while filming Breaking Dad.

The show sees 60-year-old Bradley take on challenges including bungee jumping from 300ft with son Barney - but it was the clog dancing that gave him the most grief.

The star has told how he banged his head on a wooden menu in The Netherlands.

"After being thrown out of a plane, climbing up a wall and being thrown off a bull and everything like that, I trip up like an old twerp and whack my head on the menu," he recalled to The Sun.

The show saw emotional scenes recently as Bradley got choked up at Barney's surprise birthday gift.

Bradley, who was turning 60, couldn't help but let out a few tears of gratitude as his old favourite Andrea Bocelli sat behind a piano, joined by a violin player, to sing Time To Say Goodbye.

The Chase star and his son were visiting the Italian legend's home, before the man himself came out to greet them.

"You have a wonderful son," Andrea commended, nodding to Barney.

"Thank you so much!" beamed proud dad Bradley.

After Andrea was done performing, tears in Bradley's eyes, he gushed: "That was unbelievable. Absolutely wonderful. So emotional. I can't believe it. A true honour!"

"I can't believe that happened," he said to Barney as they left.
