Bradley Walsh forced to correct The Chase contestant after Paul Sinha blunder

The Chase viewers were in hysterics over the latest episode of the ITV gameshow, after a contestant's funny blunder.

Karen from Wiltshire was the first contestant of the day to take on the cash builder round with host Bradley Walsh.

As she earned an impressive £7,000 ahead of the next round, she got to have her say on which Chaser she was hoping to face as they were yet to be revealed.

But it's then that she massively confused Bradley, and viewers watching at home, when she named a non-existent Chaser by mistake, after getting Paul Sinha's nickname completely wrong.

He goes by the nickname 'The Sinnerman' but she confessed she hoped to face 'cinnamon' before the mystery Chaser walked out to the studio.

Quickly realising her mistake, the host interrupted and corrected her and managed to not laugh as he did this which makes a change.

As she said it, Bradley asked: "The Sinnerman?" to which Karen said: "Yes, Sinnerman."

Viewers were not as forgiving though with the mishap, with several viewers taking to Twitter to laugh off the blunder during the episode - as others checked to see if anyone else had noticed what she had said on the show.

One wrote after hearing the comment: "Actor wants Cinnamon klaxon."

Another amused viewer tweeted: "'Cinnamon'...or did i mishear it??"

A third viewer tuning in to the show said: "Perhaps they should have Paul Sinha's alter ego, The Cinnamon."

Meanwhile, another fan also noticed the moment, and they wrote: "I think Cinnamon!!!! I swear she said that!!!!"

It wasn't Paul though luckily, and it was actually Jenny Ryan AKA The Vixen who took to the chair.

The Chase airs weeknights at 5pm on ITV.
