Bradley Walsh calls Chase player 'chicken' as Sinnerman 'disappointed'

Bradley Walsh lashed out at a Chase player on Wednesday's show branding her a "chicken" for making a controversial move.

Karoline from Falkirk was the third contestant up and told host Bradley she enjoyed belly dancing in her spare time, away from her work as a receptionist.

Karoline said it was great exercise and that she really loved the activity.

After a respectable cash builder Karoline turned to face The Chaser Paul Sinha, The Sinnerman.

Paul gave her a low offer option of £1,000 and after seeing first contestant Louise go out Karoline admitted she was concerned.

Bradley told her the whole point of the show was to end up in the final Chase and that she could make the difference.

Karoline agreed and decided to go for the £1,000 but Bradley immediately said: "Chicken."

The Sinnerman was also quick to criticise her choice and said: "That's disappointing, I thought your cash builder was better than that."

Karoline managed to get back to her team with ease but Paul was quick to mention her decision again when she advised last contestant Graham to take the high offer.

Paul said any player that had gone low but then advised someone else to go high had "never been on Twitter."

And viewers at home were left raging by her decision to go low and many of them took to social media to slam her.

Cornish girl said: "Tom can wave goodbye to his deposit her going low."

Joe Williams said: "Whoever goes for the lower offer, deserves nothing."

And Kyle S said: "Cheeky mare telling him to go high when she took 1k!!!!"

*The Chase continues at 5pm on ITV tomorrow
