Bradley Lowery's parents share adorable photos of 'absolute dream' baby girl

Adorable photos showing Bradley Lowery's baby sister have been shared by their proud parents who described their new daughter as an "absolute dream".

Gemma and Carl Lowery welcomed their daughter, Gracie-Mae, into the world at 12.19am on Saturday, November 6 via an emergency C section at Sunderland Royal Hospital.

Now two weeks later, the proud parents shared a series of adorable photos on Facebook showing Gracie-Mae, who now weighs 8lb 9oz, wearing a bodysuit with the words: "Hand picked for Earth by my brother in heaven."

Six-year-old Bradley tragically lost his fight to a rare and aggressive form of childhood cancer in 2017 with his parents establishing the Bradley Lowery Foundation in his memory.

In a Facebook post, Gemma described her new daughter as an "absolute dream" and thanked everyone for their support.

Gemma said: "Gracie-Mae now weighs 8lb 9oz and she is two weeks old today.

"She is an absolute dream and we couldn't be happier right now.

"She has changed so much since she was born, we did try and get some nice photos last night in her vest but she had other ideas.

"She is camera shy just like her oldest brother Kieran, and nothing like Bradley he absolutely loved his photo being taken.

"Thank you to everyone that has sent me well wishes, cards and presents it is really appreciated."

The County Durham couple also revealed they were taking Gracie-Mae to her very first Sunderland AFC match at the Stadium of Light.

And she must have brought a bit of good luck as the Black Cats beat Ipswich Town 2-0.
