Bradley Cooper has teased A Star is Born live event, featuring co-star Lady Gaga.
Appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the actor said that, though he wouldn’t consider staging an entire tour linked to the Oscar-winning film, he is interested in a one-off event.
“What I thought would be a cool thing to do, maybe one night, would be like a live reading of the script and sing all the songs as we read the script, like at the Hollywood Bowl or something,” he said.
Cooper also revealed to host Ellen DeGeneres that the Glastonbury audience featured in the film couldn’t actually hear him as he performed one of the film’s songs.
The actor spent four days filming at the UK festival, including a four-minute appearance on the famous Pyramid Stage, moments before an appearance from country legend Kris Kristofferson.
“They couldn’t hear because we never played anything through the PA systems,” he said. “We couldn’t release the music before the film came out.”
