Oscar-nominated actor Bradley Cooper and super model Irina Shayk have called it quits after four years of dating, according to reports Friday.
The 44-year-old Cooper and 33-year-old Shayk began dating in 2015. They are parents to daughter Lea De Seine, born in 2017.
The couple has not given a reason for the split, though gossip of a Cooper-Lady Gaga romance was fast and furious after the duo’s intimate duet of best song winner “Shallow” at the 2019 Oscars. The song was featured in the film “A Star is Born,” which starred Cooper and Gaga. Both stars vehemently denied any romance at the time, with Gaga telling Jimmy Kimmel during an interview on his late night gabfest that “social media is the toilet of the internet.” Cooper also received a best director nomination for the film, which garnered and Oscar for songwriter Lady Gaga.
Shayk accompanied Cooper to the Oscars ceremony last year, and was shown wildly cheering his duet with Gaga.
Social media went into rumor overdrive Friday with fans claiming the breakup was due to his relationship with Gaga.
Gaga called off her engagement to talent agent Christian Carino in February. The couple had been together for two years at the time. In a People magazine story published three days ago, a source commented: “It just didn’t work out. Relationships sometimes end. There’s no long dramatic story.”
