Bolton Wanderers are set to be in action in League One when they travel to take on Burton Albion next week.
Wanderers will play the Brewers at the Pirelli Stadium on the evening of Wednesday, December 29.
However, both teams have had their last two games called off owing to positive Covid-19 cases.

Wanderers' last two scheduled games versus Wycombe and Morecambe have both been postponed due to positive Covid-19 tests being recorded in the Bolton camp.
Similarly, Burton's last two planned games against MK Dons and Sheffield Wednesday have been called off owing to positive results in all three teams.
Question marks naturally hover over the game at the Pirelli Stadium due to uncertainty which surrounds football fixtures going ahead at this time, though Burton say they expect the clash against Wanderers to be on.
But with Bolton's Lostock training ground being closed until Monday, December 27, and players due to return from then and the uncertain state they will be in upon their return, there are naturally doubts over whether the game will go ahead or not and these have been expressed by Wanderers boss Ian Evatt.
He is concerned that there could be a risk of injuries if having to play so soon after a break from playing due to the virus and discussions will take place with the EFL over that.
But Wanderers and the Brewers have perhaps both been given an indication of how the EFL could view the game, given the action that has been taken for Bradford City's trip to Walsall.
That game has been postponed due to a number of Bradford players still being ruled out owing to positive test results and self-isolation periods being served.
A statement from the club said the EFL acknowledged Bradford's request to postpone and that the welfare of players returning from the sidelines in the build-up being the 'primary concern' - which could come into consideration bearing in mind the circumstances of Wanderers' game against the Brewers.
A Bantams statement read: "City’s trip to Walsall on Wednesday December 29 has been postponed due to the impact on the squad following last week's positive COVID cases.
"Despite best efforts from the Bantams to ensure the fixture could be played, positive results recorded - and subsequent self-isolation periods - have meant a number of City’s players remain ruled out.
"The EFL acknowledged the club’s request to postpone the fixture, with the welfare of players returning from the sidelines in the immediate build-up to the game the primary concern."
