It was first speculated the pair were an item in January last year but Charlize later went on the quash the rumours by saying they were "never dating" and were just good friends.
But last night at the glitzy Hollywood awards, they were snapped laughing and joking together on the red carpet.
Brad 56, and Charlize , 43, worked together on a photoshoot for Breitling watches last year and soon afterwards rumours started they were dating.
Brad picked up the gong for his role as a charming stunt man in Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood and looked carefree and happy at the awards, where he wore a dapper long black coat and a crisp white button-down.
A source told ET Online : "Brad and Charlize have known each other for years and recently became even better friends after working together."

Pitt split with Jolie in 2016 and he has since been photographed with a string of women, including Arrested Development star Alia Shawkat.
