Brad Biggs' Week 4 NFL power rankings

1. Falcons 3-0 (1). They're three-quarters of the way to a sweep of the NFC North and have the Bills and Dolphins next before an Oct. 22 Super Bowl rematch at the Patriots.

2. Chiefs 3-0 (2). Rookie running back Kareem Hunt is averaging 8.5 yards per carry. Let that sink in.

3. Patriots 2-1 (6). Tom Brady rallied his team against the Texans, and in the heat at Gillette Stadium the Patriots charged $4.50 for a cup of tap water. They've apologized.

4. Cowboys 2-1 (8). DeMarcus Lawrence off to a hot start with 6 { sacks after three Monday night against Cardinals.

5. Broncos 2-1 (5). We'll see how they bounce back against Raiders after following big victory over Cowboys with a dud in Buffalo.

6. Packers 2-1 (7). Injuries to top three offensive tackles put Aaron Rodgers in vulnerable position.

7. Steelers 2-1 (4). Their big-play offense was held in check by the Bears.

8. Raiders 2-1 (3). Cornerback Josh Norman told Raiders receivers: "Do not run your mouth." They had nothing to say after embarrassing defeat.

9. Lions 2-1 (9). Stopped inside the 1-yard line in the final second against the Falcons is a tough one to stomach.

10. Titans 2-1 (16). Coach Mike Mularkey calls it "exotic smashmouth," and the Titans looked like how Seahawks have on offense when they're rolling.

11. Vikings 2-1 (13). Case Keenum provided a worthy effort subbing for Sam Bradford to put down the Bucs.

12. Eagles 2-1 (14). Rookie kicker, Lyons grad Jake Elliott a hero in Philadelphia after knocking through a 61-yarder to topple the rival Giants.

13. Seahawks 1-2 (10). Legion of Boom uncharacteristically allowing big plays through first three games, and that's a concern.

14. Redskins 2-1 (21). Greg Manusky making a real impact with defense that simply swarmed Derek Carr on Sunday night.

15. Buccaneers 1-1 (11). Injuries piling up for defense and they've got a tough stretch with Giants, then four-day turnaround before hosting Patriots.

16. Panthers 2-1 (12). Cam Newton struggling and Panthers are going to need masterful defensive efforts until he's improved.

17. Bills 2-1 (23). It took the Pegulas a little while, but they might have this franchise on the right course with GM Brandon Beane and coach Sean McDermott.

18. Ravens 2-1 (15). Apparently no one told the Ravens they were supposed to go to London AND play a football game.

19. Dolphins 1-1 (17). A lousy effort after being displaced by Hurricane Irma would be explainable, but Miami looked sharp last week before falling flat against the Jets.

20. Rams 2-1 (22). The resurgence of Todd Gurley and the turnaround of Jared Goff is the kind of show that can sell in Los Angeles.

21. Jaguars 2-1 (25). They demolished the Ravens in London and have a week off before traveling to face the Jets. They could start 3-1 for the first time since 2007.

22. Texans 1-2 (19). They hung in tight with the Patriots in Foxborough but they can't fall too far back in AFC South, especially with Titans looking legitimate.

23. Cardinals 1-2 (20). Offenses should be better at home, but they couldn't protect Carson Palmer or run the ball Monday night against the Cowboys.

24. Bears 1-2 (28). The ground attack that ran over the Steelers is the kind of thing that can travel and win on the road.

25. Giants 0-3 (18). Brandon Marshall said he signed with the Giants for a shot at winning the Super Bowl. Looking like it might not be their year.

26. Saints 1-2 (26). The second-worst defense in the league had three interceptions and four sacks in an upset at the Panthers. The hope is it's just the beginning of a turnaround.

27. Chargers 0-3 (24). Seems a little far-fetched, but who doesn't love the idea of the NFL finding a way to send them back to San Diego?

28. Bengals 0-3 (27). Changing offensive coordinators provided a spark in narrow loss at the Packers but it's the kind of move that might be too little, too late for Marvin Lewis.

29. Colts 1-2 (30). Andrew Luck might start practicing this week, and newly acquired Jacoby Brissett was relatively sharp in a victory over the Browns. It's a start.

30. Jets 1-2 (32). I was wrong. They're not going 0-16. They're still a good bet to be in the mix for the No. 1 pick.

31. 49ers 0-3 (29). Defensive line of Solomon Thomas, DeForest Buckner and Arik Armstead should be pretty good for several seasons, but they couldn't get one sack in 41-39 loss to Rams.

32. Browns 0-3 (31). Receivers dropped eight passes in a loss to the previously winless Colts, so that hands problem isn't exclusive to the Bears.
