Here's Brad Biggs' third take on the April 27-29 NFL draft.
1. Browns: Myles Garrett, DE, Texas A&M
He's probably not Von Miller, but he projects to be a nice building block for the perpetually rebuilding Browns.
2. 49ers: Leonard Fournette, RB, LSU
The best way to take pressure off a quarterback and struggling defense is a high-powered running game, and some believe 49ers are leaning this way.
3. Bears: Solomon Thomas, DE, Stanford
Absent a trade down or a quarterback, figure on GM Ryan Pace going with a defensive lineman or adding needed help in the secondary. Teams can't go wrong in the trenches.
4. Jaguars: Deshaun Watson, QB, Clemson
Jaguars masked interest in quarterbacks for quite some time and Watson possesses the strong intangibles Tom Coughlin covets in his leaders.
5. Titans (from Rams): Jamal Adams, S, LSU
Tennessee wants to upgrade the supporting cast for Marcus Mariota, but the secondary was a wreck last season and Adams goes a long way toward fixing that.
6. Jets: Marshon Lattimore, CB, Ohio State
A quarterback makes a lot of sense for a franchise that has rolled through draft picks at the position, but so does the first cornerback in a draft loaded with them.
7. Chargers: Malik Hooker, S, Ohio State
A dynamic playmaker in the secondary, Hooker can mitigate the loss of Eric Weddle a year after the fact. His medical recheck is said to have gone well.
8. Panthers: Christian McCaffrey, RB, Stanford
Panthers surely would like to trade down into the teens, where they probably still could land McCaffrey. Absent a deal, they get a versatile weapon to help Cam Newton after a down year.
9. Bengals: Jonathan Allen, DE, Alabama
Considered a potential top-three pick back in the fall, Allen is a good value as he is tough versus the run and can rush the passer.
10. Bills: Mitch Trubisky, QB, North Carolina
Ownership has taken close interest in the pre-draft process with quarterbacks. The Browns are believed to be angling for this native of suburban Cleveland.
11. Saints: Haason Reddick, LB, Temple
Saints can use playmakers on every level of the defense and Reddick is a dynamic athlete who can be used in a variety of ways. In a weak linebacker class, it's best to get one early.
12. Browns (from Eagles): O.J. Howard, TE, Alabama
Browns are in the market for a quarterback, but if they don't move up and grab one, getting the top tight end makes a lot of sense.
13. Cardinals: Patrick Mahomes, QB, Texas Tech
With a big arm and intelligence, Mahomes would season nicely with a year to learn under Carson Palmer and Bruce Arians. Cardinals are believed to be enamored with Cal's Davis Webb as well.
14. Eagles (from Vikings): Marlon Humphrey, CB, Alabama
Eagles are revamping the position from last year and Humphrey has a great combination of size and speed.
15. Colts: Reuben Foster, LB, Alabama
There's some baggage here, but that is unlikely to scare off new GM Chris Ballard, who has vetted players with question marks in the past and done well.
16. Ravens: Corey Davis, WR, Western Michigan
Ravens have struggled since winning Super Bowl XLVII in 2013, and one of the consistent problems has been a lack of playmakers for QB Joe Flacco. Problem solved.
17. Redskins: Charles Harris, OLB, Missouri
He's going to struggle against the run at the start, but he has special pass-rushing ability and that sells.
18. Titans: Mike Williams, WR, Clemson
GM Jon Robinson can fill two serious needs nicely in Round 1, and Williams will be a big-time possession receiver for Mariota.
19. Buccaneers: Derek Barnett, DE, Tennessee
Bucs could go a lot of different directions here. A pass rusher would fit nicely, but there are questions about Barnett's ceiling.
20 Broncos: Ryan Ramczyk, OT, Wisconsin
If Broncos get the first pick of offensive linemen, it will help them plug a major need up front. Still, Ramczyk doesn't measure up to the top talent seen most years at the position.
21. Lions: Jarrad Davis, LB, Florida
Lions could use upgrades at all three levels of the defense but really need a leader in the middle after the departure of DeAndre Levy. Davis fits nicely.
22. Dolphins: Takkarist McKinley, DE, UCLA
Dolphins still have Cameron Wake but need to infuse the pass rush with some youth and McKinley can contribute off the edge right away.
23. Giants: Cam Robinson, OT, Alabama
It's a bad year to be in need of help at offensive tackle, but Giants must keep Eli Manning healthy to take a shot at another Super Bowl run.
24. Raiders: Kevin King, CB, Washington
Raiders are looking to fortify the secondary and can add a cover man with great length in King.
25. Texans: DeShone Kizer, QB, Notre Dame
Texans appear to be moving forward with Tom Savage as the starting quarterback, but he's not a long-term solution.
26. Seahawks: Malik McDowell, DE, Michigan State
Seahawks' biggest need is cornerback, but the club has shown a knack for finding terrific cover men in later rounds. Instead, they will add some juice up front.
27. Chiefs: Dalvin Cook, RB, Florida State
Would not be a stunner if they made a move up for a quarterback, but replacing Jamaal Charles has to be a priority in Andy Reid's offense.
28. Cowboys: Tre'Davious White, CB, LSU
Cowboys have to be looking at help for the pass rush or someone who can cover and White has great intangibles.
29. Packers: Quincy Wilson, CB, Florida
Packers secondary was troubled by the end of last season, and their greatest need matches nicely with the strength of the draft.
30. Steelers: Evan Engram, TE, Ole Miss
A shiny new weapon on offense ought to keep quarterback Ben Roethlisberger interested for a couple more seasons, right?
31. Falcons: Forrest Lamp, G, Western Kentucky
Falcons are in the market for help at defensive end but also need to add bulk to the interior of the line after the retirement of Chris Chester.
32. Saints (from Patriots): Adoree' Jackson, CB, USC
Saints absolutely need help on the back end and Jackson, a dynamic return man in college, has the athleticism to make a difference right away.
