Keith Duffy is back and buzzing after a scary three days in hospital in Thailand.
The Boyzone star had to bow out of the band's Bangkok concert after suddenly falling ill and being rushed to hospital.
The Donaghmede man has now posted for the first time since the scary experiencing saying he has a "whole new perspective" since being admitted.

The star revealed he had eaten some dodgy food while in Asia and that it was the "worst bad health experience of his life"/
He said: "72 hours of a fever of 38/40 degrees with diarrhoea and vomiting caused by contaminated food from bad hygiene in preparation!!
"The worst bad health experience of my life!
"A secondary bowel infection and viral infection ! These ladies our my saviour.
"They are saints Thank you ladies I love you!

Although left behind, the show had to go on - and the lads are now in Australia and due to play in Adelaide tomorrow night.
Hopefully Keith will be back in the same country and on the stage soon.
