A teenager was seriously injured after being attacked by a man with a knuckleduster outside a pub.
The 14-year-old victim was punched in the face outside the Hop Pole pub near Warrington bus station, in the town centre.
The attack happened at around 5.25pm, on Tuesday, December 21.

Detectives believe the suspect is an 18-year-old man with a Liverpool accent.
After the assault, he is believed to have fled the scene on a scooter in the direction of Horsemarket Street towards Buttermarket Street.
He is described as wearing a black Moncler puffer jacket, light grey tracksuit and jogging bottoms, white Nike trainers with a black balaclava covering his face.
He was also wearing a Gucci bag with a red and black strap across his shoulder.
The victim was taken to hospital where he was treated for his injuries including a fractured jaw.
Detective Constable Pam Hunter said: "The boy sustained serious injuries to his face after being punched by a male using what we believe may have been a knuckleduster.
"While the circumstances surrounding the assault are ongoing I am encouraging anyone with information to get in touch.
"If you know the person who committed the assault or if you were in the area at the time it took place and not yet spoken to an officer please contact us.
"I would also appeal to anyone with dash cam footage that may be of assistance to the investigation to also make contact."
