Boy George gags on 'disgusting' fermented dish as veggie Bushtucker Trial revealed

Boy George is set to gag during a disgusting eating challenge on tonight's I'm A Celebrity.

The music legend was voted for the horrific eating trial, alongside MP Matt Hancock as the unlucky two are set to scoff down some of the most disgusting plates of food ever seen on the ITV show.

Due to the fact Boy George is a vegan, I'm A Celebrity bosses had to figure out a way to ensure the singer would still be given vile food to eat to replace meat - and it seems they did just that as the contestant was handed a plate of mysterious-looking tacos to eat.

Ant and Dec explain that Boy George was given fermented plums, and in order to win the challenge, he has to eat six off the plate.

Although things seem to be going good for George at the start as he pops four pieces of plum in his mouth without thinking, he is soon stopped in his tracks by the awful taste.

"Oh, something has stopped him in his tracks," Ant jokes before George claps back, saying: "Yeah, the taste."

Sitting across from Mr Hancock, George tells him: "It tastes like perfume. It tastes like you're being poisoned."

The Karma Chameleon singer then starts viciously gagging as the hideous taste surrounds his tastebuds.

George hold eye-contact with Mr Hancock as his eyes begin to water while he tries his best to hold down the disgusting mouthful.

"Wow! He's really struggling with this now," Dec says.

"It's really disgusting. It's really, really, disgusting. And I tell you, I could eat anything," George tells Matt.

I'm A Celebrity airs tonight at 9PM on ITV.
