A 10-year-old boy has died after crashing his quad bike near Geelong.
A Victoria Police spokesperson said emergency services were called to a private property off Cressy-Shelford Road at Shelford about 10.25am.
An air ambulance was sent to treat the boy, but police said he died of his injuries.
Investigators are yet to establish the exact circumstances surrounding the incident and will prepare a report for the coroner.
