A schoolboy was left shaken after being attacked by thugs in Falkirk last night.
The incident is believed to have happened on Newlands Road, just outside Braes High School at around 8:20pm.
Reports suggest the 10-year-old was kicked to the ground by two other youths.
Police are now looking for those responsible.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers received a report of a 10-year-old boy having been assaulted by another two youths in the Newlands Road area of Falkirk around 8.20pm on Wednesday, 13 October.
“The incident happened earlier that evening and the boy did not require medical attention.
“Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.”
