A boy has been arrested and released over a stabbing at the weekend, while two other boys were also quizzed after caution about the same attack today.
A teenager was slashed and stabbed with a bottle in Waterpark, Carrigaline, Co Cork on Saturday night.
Gardai said today: "Gardaí investigating the assault that occurred on Saturday 6th June, 2020 at approximately 10.30p.m. at Waterpark, Carrigaline, Co. Cork arrested a male juvenile this morning, Tuesday 9th June, 2020.
"He was arrested at his home and taken to Togher Garda Station where he was detained under Section 4, Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
"He was released this evening and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
"Two male juveniles were also interviewed after caution this afternoon, in relation to the incident and investigations are ongoing."
A 17-year-old boy has also since been charged in connection with the incident.

He has received bail but has been warned not to go on social media.
The youth, who cannot be named because he is underage, appeared before Cork District Court yesterday.
The teen was charged with robbery and with assault causing harm of the other teenager, who is also 17.
Judge Olann Kelleher remanded the accused on bail to appear again on July 10.
