A 7-year-old boy was killed in a crash last week in northwest suburban Woodstock.
The crash happened about 3:50 p.m. June 4 at US Route 14 and Washington Street, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
The crash killed Juessar Onan Nunez Guerra, 7, the medical examiner’s office said. He was pronounced dead at Lutheran General Hospital.
Autopsy results found the boy, from Rockford, died of craniocerebral injuries from the crash and ruled his death an accident.
The McHenry County sheriff’s office didn’t immediately respond to a request for details about the crash.
