A five-year-old boy has died after an accident on a farm in Co Roscommon on Sunday afternoon.
The boy is believed to have fallen from a trailer in Tulsk with emergency services called straight to the scene.
The boy was pronounced dead at the scene and a post-mortem will take place in the next few days - the Roscommon Herald reports.
A garda investigation has been launched and the Health and Safety Authority have been notified of the accident.
