Boy, 4, left orphaned after horror crash kills his parents, brother and sister

A young boy has been left orphaned after a tragic crash kills all his immediate family in the US.

Julian Montano, 4, was the only survivor after both his parents, Brittney and Tony, 29, older sister Marianna, 9, and older brother Antonio, 5, were killed in the crash on their way to the Grand Canyon.

The young boy has been left with extensive injuries such as a broken femur, foot fractures, a broken rib and a few brain bleeds but is expected to make a full recovery.

Julian’s uncle Anthony Gonzalez, has set up a GoFundMe page to raise some money for the young boy.

He wrote: “We will never be the same after this and our family is trying desperately to stay strong for Julian. We have to bury four loved ones that were taken from us way too soon, so Julian has a place to visit his mom, dad, and siblings.”

The family were in the US state of Nevada making their way to the Grand Canyon on Saturday (KCRA)

California Highway Patrol said no one has been charged over the crash.

A sergeant stated alcohol may have been the leading cause of the crash but confirmation is awaited.

Sergeant Steve Casetta said alcohol may have been a factor in the crash but that is yet to be confirmed. (KCRA)

The crash also left two others injured, who were the drivers of two separate cars, including one which had collided with the Montana family.

Anthony Gonzalez stated how the family is struggling with the giant loss of four family members.
