An alert has been issued for a missing three-year-old suspected to have been kidnapped by his dad along with his teen cousin.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) sent out an amber alert on Tuesday over the disappearance of Noah Clare, who vanished along with his 16-year-old cousin Amber Lynn Clare.
The kids are suspected to have been taken by Jacob Clare on November 6.
The alert - which sees authorities send as many alerts possible via TV, radio, texts and websites to people in certain areas when there is a suspected abduction - was issued after the car belonging to Noah's dad was found in San Clemente, California.

Mr Clare's car was last seen being driven in Arizona last week, the Tennessee Bureau said in a tweet.
The 2005 silver Subaru Legacy was found with kids' items and packed with provisions to last for a long time.
The vehicle has a Tennessee license plate number 42MY10.
Little Noah is 3'5" tall, weighs 40 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing grey sweatpants, a camo shirt and black shoes, the Tennessean reports.
Amber Lynn Clare is 5'7", weighs 135 pounds, and has brown hair and green eyes.
The suspect faces an upgraded charge of especially aggravated kidnapping, not aggravated kidnapping, as previously reported by the Bureau.
He is 6'7", weighs 200 pounds, and has brown hair and blue eyes.
He is believed to be armed and dangerous.
Anyone in the US with information on Mr Clares’ whereabouts should call 1-800-TBI-FIND.
Anyone who may have seen them directly should call 911 immediately.
