His auntie Elizabeth Walsh told the ECHO : "He was the sweetest little boy, who had the cheekiest smile that could melt anyone.
"Everyone who met Bradley instantly fell in love with him."
The sudden death of Bradley, from Southport, has shocked his entire family, who have been struggling with heartache and pain ever since.
After his death, Bradley spent some time in one of Alder Hey's bereavement suites - a designated place where families can say their goodbyes to a child who has died.
Elizabeth continued: "My family, especially Bradley's parents, have been supported and cared for by the incredible staff of the Snowdrop Team.
"The team provided us with so much emotional care and support, as well as practical advice and information about children’s funerals and the next steps that need to be taken after the lose of a loved one."
Bradley's aunt has now launched a GoFundMe page to raise money for Alder Hey 's Snowdrop team.
Elizabeth continued: "I originally set the target at £500 but in less than 24 hours people had donated £1,500.
"I’ve set the target now for £2,500 so if we could get more donations that would be a great honour to Bradley’s memory.
"We wanted people to remember Bradley as the sweet and lovable little boy he was, and for his legacy to have been helping families at the worst time in any parent's life. "
