Boy, 16, charged after child injured on Glasgow train

A 16-year-old boy has been charged with culpable and reckless conduct following an incident in which a child was injured on board a Glasgow train.

The incident happened around 7.57pm on July 20, on a service between Crossmyloof in the south side of the city and Glasgow Central Station .

The child suffered facial injuries after an object fell on their head from a height.

A report will be made for the Procurator Fiscal and British Transport Police thanked members of the public for their help with an earlier appeal.
