A 15-year-old boy was shot Saturday in Englewood on the South Side.

The boy was walking about 10:10 p.m. in the 1200 block of West 64th Street, when he heard shots and felt pain in his leg, Chicago police said. He told police he did not see the shooter or where the shots came from.

He was taken to Comer Children’s Hospital where his condition was stabilized, police said.

No one is in custody as Area South detectives investigate.
