A 15-year-old boy was reported missing from Ravenswood on the North Side.
Jaylen Smith was last seen Feb. 18 and is missing from the 4800 block of North Francisco Avenue, Chicago police said. He may be in need of medical attention.
He is 5-foot-8, 220 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, police said. He was last seen wearing a navy blue sweatshirt, black jogging pants and carrying a black backpack.
