Boy, 15, missing from home as police are 'increasingly concerned'

The public were today urged to help find a schoolboy who has vanished.

Merseyside Police say they are "increasingly concerned" about Daniel Wilson.

The 15-year-old was last seen at home on Friday but efforts to trace the teenager have drawn a blank.

Daniel from Widnes has links with Stockbridge Village and Liverpool City Centre.

Police issued a photograph of Daniel as part of the plea for help.

A Merseyside Police spokesperson said: "Please share and help us find missing teenager Daniel Wilson.

"15-year-old Daniel was last seen at his home address in Delamere Avenue, Widnes on Friday 23 April, and we're increasingly concerned about his wellbeing."

Daniel is white, 5ft 5in tall, medium build, with short mousey hair.

He has a scar near to his left eye. When last seen, he was wearing grey and yellow Nike vision trainers, grey shorts, and a Nike black hooded waterproof jacket.
