Boy, 15, left unconscious after attack at West Ham station

A fifteen-year-old boy was left unconscious after being attacked at West Ham Tube station.

Police on Wednesday released images of a man they want to seek in connection with the attack on September 20 at roughly 2.45pm.

Officers said a man threw a bottle at the boy before approaching him at the bottom of the Jubilee Line escalator and attacking him.

The assault left the boy unconscious and bleeding from his mouth.

Police said they would like to speak to the man in the images who they believe may have information that could help their investigation.

Anyone who recognises him is asked to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference number 2300111116 of 20 September.
