A teenage boy has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of Daniel McGuigan in Castlemilk.
Police earlier confirmed the 14-year-old had been taken into custody.
Emergency services raced to Stravanan Street at around 10:50am yesterday morning after receiving a report of a disturbance but 35-year-old McGuigan was pronounced dead at the scene.
The teenager is due to appear before Glasgow Sheriff Court on Tuesday 28 May 2019.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
