All eyes will be on Madison Square Garden in New York tonight as Anthony Joshua takes on Andy Ruiz Jr.
The Brit makes his US debut as he bids to make his name on the other side of the Atlantic.
He was due to take on Jarrell Miller until the brash trash-talking New Yorker tested positive for three banned substances.
Joshua is the huge favourite to keep hold of his belts against the Mexican American.
