Boxing news: Tyson Fury sends fierce message to Dillian Whyte over possible fight

Tyson Fury has claimed that he is ready knock Dillian Whyte out within six rounds, but only if the WBC 'diamond' belt is on the line.

The WBC have ordered Fury to fight Whyte if he wants a rematch with Deontay Wilder , the winner getting to fight the American.

But Fury, whose fight ended in a tie with Wilder in December, says that he is only up for the fight under his own terms.

He said: "I recently saw your quote [from the WBC] about fighting for the interim title against Dillian Whyte, and I'm very thankful for the opportunity.

"But what I suggest is, because I 'beat' Deontay Wilder, and we all know what happened - I didn't get the decision, but I still won and the world knows.

"I propose that me and Dillian Whyte fight for the WBC 'diamond' belt and not the interim belt."

Fury believes that he'll have no problems in the ring with Whyte, whose only defeat in his career so far came against Anthony Joshua.

"I'll take care of Dillian Whyte and I'll knock him out in six rounds.

"I accept the challenge, thank you very much.

"I'll fight Dillian Whyte every day of the week and twice on a Sunday WBC.

"Make it for the diamond belt and not the interim version and you've got yourself a deal."
