Christmas isn't quite round the corner but the weather is certainly starting to feel festive, I've tucked away all of my summer clothes and can officially look forward to nightly hot chocolates.
My favourite tradition for this time of year has to be getting new pyjamas, a dressing gown and slippers to take me all the way through winter. There are many places you can get them from but my go-to happens to be Boux Avenue.

Last year I was obsessed with their adorable reindeer collection but this year it's cold and they've not missed the memo. I've never had a dressing gown that does such a good job of keeping me warm.
I tried out the fluffy tipped fur midi dressing gown and discovered what is now crucial for warm dressing gowns - you can get them double lined. It makes such a huge difference, the material is soft on my skin and the fit is really comfortable but more importantly it's just so warm.
It's £55 for the dressing gown but worth every penny as I feel like I actually don't need to turn on my heating when I'm wearing it. This winter you'll find me tucked up on the couch wearing this dressing gown with a fluffy blanket and a cup of hot chocolate (my current favourite way to make hot chocolate at home is to heat up Oatly's Chocolate Deluxe and if I'm feeling cheeky add in a splash of Chambord, it has an almost black forest flavour).
To complete the look I pair it with the soft and comfortable slippers, these are great for protecting your feet from potential splinters and more importantly keeping your toes warm. Not only that, but if you're trying to get into the Christmas spirit Boux Avenue has a great range of pyjamas, my favourite are the signature pyjamas in a bag that are really soft and comfortable and also make a great stocking filler.
There are slinkier options for special occasions and an extremely soft onesie option, I'm just constantly impressed by how soft and comfortable the pyjamas are.
