Boutique hotel The Old Manse of Blair in Highland Perthshire has launched a luxury self-catering apartment for group holidays that can sleep 10 people.
The dog-friendly Steading apartment has three large individually designed bedrooms and an open-plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen and wood burner. An extensive decked area offers views of the Perthshire countryside, and is ideal for barbecues and al-fresco dining.
It sits in the grounds of the five-star hotel near Blair Atholl and features the work of some of owner Anne MacDonald's favourite designers, including Iona Crawford and cabinet makers, Birkwood. A minimum three-night stay costs from £1,295. The hotel is well placed for hillwalkers and fishing enthusiasts.
The hotel's Orangery restaurant, led by executive head chef Jonathan Greer, offers family-friendly, Scottish contemporary food, using local produce.
