An Irvine store is giving away a free frozen drink this Saturday - for a whole TWO hours.
Thirsty shoppers can take advantage of the 'Skwishee' giveaway at Bourtreehill Supermarket this Saturday between 1pm and 3pm.
And shopkeeper Imran Ali is promising a brand new flavour for customers to try for the first time.
Earlier this year Imran, revealed he had grand plans for his award winning business.
He said: "We plan on launching our website, showcasing what we do, creating an app to do home deliveries locally offering Irvine’s only traditional butchers, Brownings the Bakers, Quinn’s Fast Food as well as everything we sell, from chilled and frozen foods to alcohol and toys.
“We’d also like to modernise the store further so it’s easier for shoppers. We have also been in talks with the council for redevelopment in the village centre.”
The Bourtreehill supermarket has been open for just over a year and has been handed accolades such as the Best New Store title at the Scottish Grocer Awards, and UK Independent Retailer of the Year at the UK Retail Industry Awards.
