Bournemouth vs Tottenham
Premier League 2018-19
Venue: Vitality Stadium
Date: Saturday, May 4, 2019
Kick-off: 12:30pm BST
Tottenham will attempt to push Champions League semi-final thoughts to one side as they return to domestic action against Bournemouth this afternoon.
Spurs trail Ajax 1-0 after Donny van de Beek's 15th-minute goal in north London on Tuesday evening and travel to Amsterdam for the deciding fixture next Wednesday.
For now, though, attention must switch back to Premier League matters, with Mauricio Pochettino's former title contenders still to seal their place in the top four.
A narrow but deserved derby loss at the hands of West Ham ended Tottenham's 100 per cent record at their new stadium and they finished gameweek 36 still third, two points clear of Chelsea and four ahead of rivals Arsenal.
They will look to seal qualification for next season's Champions League against a Bournemouth side that have struggled badly against them since earning promotion to the top-flight back in 2015.

Bournemouth vs Tottenham team news and predicted line-ups
Bournemouth's treatment room is busy at present, with Junior Stanislas, Diego Rico, Charlie Daniels, Andrew Surman, Simon Francis and Lewis Cook all sidelined.
Dan Gosling (calf), Dominic Solanke (hamstring), Adam Smith (knee) and David Brooks (ankle) will all be assessed ahead of Saturday's game.
Bournemouth XI: Boruc, S Cook, Ake, Mepham, Simpson, Lerma, Hyndman, Brooks, Fraser, Wilson, King
Jan Vertonghen will not play for Tottenham after his head injury against Ajax that sparked fresh debate regarding football's approach to concussion.
After visiting a neurologist, it was declared that the Belgian defender did not suffer a concussion but did experience a 'presyncopal episode', a near faint.
It was recommended that he undergo a "brief period of rehabilitation" before returning to training.
Harry Kane (ankle) and Harry Winks (groin surgery) are also missing for Spurs, while Serge Aurier is in the final stages of his recovery from a hamstring issue and Erik Lamela is still working his way back.
Usually you might expect a team to rest key players between European semi-final dates, but that does not seem a viable option for Tottenham given how eager they will be to guarantee that top-four finish.
Tottenham XI: Lloris, Trippier, Alderweireld, Sanchez, Rose, Dier, Sissoko, Alli, Eriksen, Son, Lucas Moura
Score prediction: Bournemouth 2-2 Tottenham
Bournemouth have barely laid a glove on Tottenham over recent years, with a goalless draw in October 2016 about as good as it has gotten against tricky opposition.
The Cherries are something of an unpredictable week-to-week proposition, but boast a prolific strike-force in Callum Wilson and Joshua King and, despite having little left to play for this term, will be looking to take advantage of the potentially distracted visitors.
A draw would likely see the battle for the top four go down to the final weekend.
