Tottenham have not claimed a top-four spot just yet but their thoughts will undoubtedly be on Wednesday’s Champions League return leg in Amsterdam where they will have to overcome a 1-0 deficit to progress to a first Champions League final. However, they may not need to be fully focused to get past Bournemouth who have not won at home since 30 January. Mauricio Pochettino said “finishing in the top four is our priority too”, and a win, while it would be very useful, probably will not be necessary with the form of the other teams in the race for those four precious places.
