A driver caught while nearly five times the drink limit was banned from driving for three years at Hamilton Sheriff Court last week.
Linda Smith (56) of Clyde Avenue, Bothwell, admitted driving near her home on April 17 with a breath reading of 104. The limit is 22.
Sheriff David Bicket also put her under supervision for two years and ordered her to attend a programme for road traffic offenders.
