One of the best investments anyone can make is in a product the general public did not even know they needed until they encounter it, and it seems that is the story behind Boston Celtics All-Star forward Jayson Tatum‘s recent investment in sports recovery company Hyperice. The company produces a variety of tools to help athletes and those of us who don’t quite rise to that bar but maintain an active lifestyle.
Tatum is joined by fellow NBAer and Golden State Warriors guard Klay Thompson, Edmonton Oilers center Connor McDavid, and several other high-profile athletes as investors in the company.
“The obvious reason for me is because it’s organic and it’s something I find beneficial to myself and my everyday needs being a professional athlete trying to always improve my game and recovery,” related the Celtics star on the reasoning behind his investment via Forbes’ Michael LoRé.
