Boston Celtics salaries for 2020-21, future seasons

The Boston Celtics now have their 2020-21 roster set barring any late surprise additions to their roster, poised to kick off the coming season with a debut tilt with Atlantic Division rival Brooklyn Nets on Dec. 22.

The Celtics saw veteran small forward Gordon Hayward leave unexpectedly in free agency to join the Charlotte Hornets, and big man Enes Kanter was traded back to his last team before joining Boston, the Portland Trail Blazers. Vincent Poirier is now a Philadelphia 76er after Boston dealt him away in a draft night deal, while veteran reserve guard Brad Wanamaker packed his bags for the bay to join the Golden State Warriors.

In the interim, the Celtics signed veterans Tristan Thompson and Jeff Teague, while drafting rookies Aaron Nesmith and Payton Pritchard.

To that end, we’ve drawn up a whole new salary piece to help you keep track of who makes how much on this iteration of Boston’s roster.
